Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

If you have not received your package due to an error on our part, customs issues, or a postal service error, please contact us at broomstoreua@gmail.com.

After reviewing the situation, we will either resend the package with the same items or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

If your package was not delivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, were unavailable to receive the package, or did not collect the package from the post office within 30 days, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or resend the order.

Customs and Import Duties
