Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for our products.

Therefore, we ask that you choose your items carefully. Please note that many of our items are handmade and may differ from the photos.

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it.

If there is a problem with the item, please contact us and be sure to include photos of the issue, and we will either refund your money or resend the item in good condition. You have the right to do so up to 2 weeks after receiving the product.

*If the customer is dissatisfied with the product for a reason we do not understand, and the customer has not provided us with photos or supporting evidence, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or reship the product.
